Your Grooms Speech - What You Must Prepare

Saying Thanks

After that, remember also to thank your own parents and then your bride's parents for all that they have done for you and your bride. Remember also to thank all those who are involved in the reception and the wedding ceremony.

Keep It Light
Do not make your speech sound like a long thank you list....your guests will fall asleep!! So, one of the way of lightening up the speech is by inserting appropriate jokes, quotes or some memories that you would like to share with your guests.

Never Leave Your Bride Out
Get her involved in your groom speech. Tell her how lucky you are to have her as your bride. I am sure you will have plenty to say to your bride. Do not be afraid to show your emotions because the more you show them, the more sentimental your words will be. How beautiful!!

When you are almost finished, prepare a few words to say regarding your maid-in-honour and your best man. Focus first on the maid-of-honour. You may want to thank her personally for all the help that she has rendered to your bride. Then to your best man, you may want to relate some funny stories in relation to why he was chosen to be your best man.
